Cookie Policy

Cookies are small values that a website stores in your browser and receives with later requests. localStorage keeps preferences on the device until they are removed, while sessionStorage usually lasts only while a browser tab remains open. In this Policy, we refer to them together as storage technologies. They do not read other files on your device.

refreshToken maintains secure sign-in, is not available to JavaScript, and is removed on sign-out or session expiry, normally within 90 days. pampy_had_session contains only a non-secret indication that a session existed, lasts for the same period, and helps restore sign-in in a new tab. pampyme_lang stores your language for up to one year. pampy-theme and pampy-theme-mode store theme preferences for up to one year. These cookies provide features you request and operate without analytics consent.

localStorage and sessionStorage may hold your cookie choice, language and theme, selected city, favorites, view history, active work profile, interface state, a temporary booking draft, and technical OAuth data. Temporary values are removed after the action ends or the tab closes. Other values remain until you clear site data, remove them through the related feature, or they are no longer needed. Passwords and the web access token are not stored in localStorage.

Google Analytics helps us understand visit counts, countries, traffic sources, and popular pages. Before consent or when you select Necessary only, Google receives only signals without analytics cookies or browser identifiers for aggregated statistics and modeling. If you select Accept all, Google Analytics may use analytics cookies, while PampyMe creates first-party random analytics session and browser identifiers in localStorage and sends usage events to PampyMe servers. Advertising storage, advertising user data, and ad personalization remain disabled. If you withdraw consent, analytics cookies and first-party identifiers are removed.

PampyMe itself does not place third-party advertising cookies. When you voluntarily open Google, Meta, Apple, or another external service to sign in or connect an integration, that service may use cookies on its own domain under its policy. PampyMe cannot control storage on another domain.

The banner makes Accept all and Necessary only equally available. Your selection applies only to optional analytics and does not mean that you accept this Policy as a contract. Strictly necessary cookies and functional storage cannot be disabled through the banner because sign-in, security, language, theme, booking, and other requested features may not work without them. The Manage cookie choices button clears the previous selection and analytics identifiers, then opens the banner again. You can delete or block all site data in your browser, but parts of PampyMe may then stop working.

We do not treat a Do Not Track signal as consent because there is no uniform standard, but we always honor your choice in the PampyMe banner. If our storage technologies change, we will update this page and its effective date. Questions can be sent to support@pampyme.com.
