Terms of Use

PampyMe provides a marketplace and work tools for discovering services, bookings, calendars, and communication among clients, independent specialists, and businesses. Unless expressly stated otherwise, PampyMe does not perform beauty, wellness, or other listed services, does not employ specialists, and is not a party to the service agreement between a client and provider.

To create an account independently, you must have legal capacity under the law of your country. A minor may use the service only with a parent or legal guardian. Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and promptly report unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity in your account until PampyMe is notified. You may not transfer an account, impersonate another person, or create a new account after suspension without permission.

When you create a booking, you send a request to a particular specialist or business. Price, duration, location, availability, cancellation, lateness, and no-show rules are supplied by the provider and apply after confirmation. Clients must review details and promptly communicate changes. The provider is responsible for legality, safety, quality, licensing, qualifications, hygiene, pricing, and performance of the service.

Specialists and businesses must publish accurate information, hold required permissions and insurance, follow consumer, tax, and employment rules, protect client safety, keep prices and schedules current, and avoid discrimination. Client data may not be used outside the booking, lawful communication, and other expressly agreed purposes.

Unless a particular screen states otherwise, payment for a service occurs directly between client and provider, and PampyMe does not store payment credentials or decide refunds. Any paid PampyMe feature will show its price, period, cancellation method, and applicable app-store or payment-partner terms before purchase. Each relevant party remains responsible for taxes and settlement relating to the service.

You keep ownership of your content and grant PampyMe a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, display, and distribute it only to operate and promote the service. You confirm that you have the rights and consents required for uploaded photos, text, and data. Illegal, false, abusive, sexualized, dangerous, rights-infringing content, spam, and review manipulation are prohibited. Users can report content or interactions. PampyMe may review, hide, or remove material, restrict communication, and suspend violators.

In-app messages and optional connected channels, including Instagram and WhatsApp, are for communication about services and bookings. Follow the relevant channel rules, messaging windows, and recipient consent requirements. By connecting Google, Meta, or another service, you authorize the data exchange needed for that feature and also accept that provider's terms. You may disconnect an integration, but messages already sent and bookings already created may remain.

You may not violate law or another person's rights, bypass security or access controls, collect user data without permission, send spam, upload malicious code, disrupt the service, scrape it without written permission, commit fraud, create false bookings, move communications to evade required safety rules, or use PampyMe for exploitation or harm.

PampyMe, its software, design, trademarks, and original content are protected by law. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service as intended. Maps, app stores, sign-in, calendars, message delivery, and other third-party features are also governed by their providers' terms. PampyMe does not control independent third-party services.

You may stop using PampyMe and delete your account in Settings. PampyMe may limit or terminate access for a breach of these Terms, a security threat, fraud, a legal requirement, or a material risk to users. Where reasonable and lawful, we will provide a reason and an appeal path through support@pampyme.com. Account deletion does not cancel obligations that already arose from a service, dispute, or law.

We work to keep the service accurate and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free information, or that a user, provider, price, schedule, or service outcome will meet expectations. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available. Mandatory consumer rights remain in force and are not limited by these Terms.

Each party is responsible for its own conduct. PampyMe is not responsible for the quality or outcome of an independent provider's service, provider cancellations, user conduct, or indirect losses unless mandatory law provides otherwise. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death, or personal injury.

Please first send a complaint to support@pampyme.com so we can try to resolve it. Mandatory rules of the user's country and competent jurisdiction apply; these Terms do not remove consumer protections or access to courts granted by law. We may update these Terms prospectively. Material changes will be posted with a new date and announced in advance where required. Continued use after the effective date accepts the new version unless separate consent is required by law.
