Privacy Policy

This Policy explains how PampyMe collects, uses, shares, retains, and deletes personal data when you use the PampyMe website, mobile apps, and related services.
Effective date: August 29, 2026.

1. Who is responsible and how to contact us

The service operator is PampyMe. For privacy questions, rights requests, or complaints, email support@pampyme.com. When a business or independent specialist processes information to provide a service, that provider may also act as an independent controller for that processing.

2. Account and data deletion

You can delete your account yourself: sign in to PampyMe, open Settings, select Delete account, and confirm. This path is available in the mobile app and web app. If you cannot sign in, email support@pampyme.com from the email address linked to the account. If the account was created with a phone number, include that number in the message. After verification, access ends, active sessions and tokens are revoked, and personal data is deleted or irreversibly de-identified. Limited de-identified records about bookings, reviews, security, and disputes may remain when required by law, fraud prevention, or the protection of users' rights.

3. Data we collect

We may collect account and contact data such as name, email, phone number, date of birth, language, photo, and sign-in data; specialist or business profile information, services, work addresses, registration details, and schedules; bookings, visit addresses, reviews, ratings, reports, files, and messages; data from connected calendars, Instagram, or WhatsApp within the scope of the integration you select; approximate or precise location only with permission; photos and camera data only when you choose the related action; and push token, device type, IP address, cookies, session identifiers, security logs, diagnostics, and usage data. We do not request access to data that is not needed for the stated feature.

4. Where data comes from

Data comes from you, from clients, specialists, and businesses you interact with, from integrations and sign-in providers you choose, and automatically from your device and use of the service. Public business information may come from public sources and can later be verified by the owner.

5. Purposes and legal grounds

We use data to create and protect accounts, show relevant services, create and manage bookings, provide messaging and notifications, operate selected integrations, support users, moderate content, prevent abuse, measure and improve the service, and comply with law. We rely on performance of our contract, your consent, the legitimate interests of PampyMe and its users, and legal obligations. You may withdraw consent through device, cookie, or integration settings without affecting prior lawful processing.

6. How we share data

We share data with a client, specialist, or business only as needed for a booking, service, message, or dispute. To operate PampyMe, we may use providers for hosting and storage, email, SMS and push delivery, maps and geocoding, error monitoring, analytics, security, and support. When you select an integration, Google, Meta, Apple, or your device platform provider may also process data under their own policies. Recipients must use data only for the agreed purpose and provide protection no less protective than this Policy and applicable law require. We do not sell personal data or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

7. Device permissions and third-party integrations

Location supports nearby search and address features; you can select a city or address manually if you decline. Camera and media access support QR codes, avatars, portfolios, messages, or reviews only after your action. You can disable notifications in device settings. Google sign-in and calendar connections, and Meta channels, are optional and can be disconnected in PampyMe or the relevant provider. Disconnecting stops new access but does not erase information still needed for completed bookings or legal duties.

8. Public information and user content

A profile name, photo, description, services, portfolio, rating, reviews, and business details may be public when the feature is designed for publication. Client visit addresses, private messages, contact information, and business registration details are not made public unless a specific feature or permission provides otherwise. Do not submit another person's data without a lawful basis.

9. Retention

Account and profile data is kept while the account is active. Booking and communication data is kept as needed to provide the service, support users, and resolve disputes. Technical and security logs are kept for a limited period needed for security and diagnostics. After account deletion, identifying data is deleted or de-identified, and backups are overwritten through the ordinary secure rotation cycle. Data is retained longer only where required by law, an unresolved dispute, fraud prevention, or the defense of legal claims.

10. Your rights and choices

Depending on your country, you may request access, a copy, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability, object to certain processing, and withdraw consent. Profile, notification, cookie, and integration controls are available in the service. For other requests, email support@pampyme.com. We may verify your identity and will respond within the period required by applicable law. You may also complain to your competent data protection authority.

11. Security and international processing

We use organizational and technical safeguards, including access controls, protected transmission, least-privilege access, and monitoring. No storage method is completely secure. Data may be processed outside your country; where required, we use contractual and other safeguards recognized by applicable law.

12. Children

PampyMe is not intended for independent account creation by children below the age of digital consent or legal majority under applicable law. A parent or legal guardian may arrange a booking for a child. If you believe a child provided data without required authorization, email support@pampyme.com.

13. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy when the service or law changes. The new version will be posted at this address with a new effective date. Where required, we will notify you in the service or through another available channel before a material change takes effect.
